We will ship orders over $50 FREE of charge within Australia.
Estimated Delivery Times
Goods from stock are dispatched within a maximum 2 business days and shipping times via Australia Post (standard delivery) are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. As we are reliant on a 3rd party businesses we cannot be held accountable for delivery delays during peak times, or extraordinary circumstances – but we will do everything within our control to ensure your goods rerive as quickly as possible after ordering.
International delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the world for an additional charge - based on volumetric weight. This additional charge will need to be paid before shipping can be completed. Contact Us for international deliveries.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
RETURNS
Our returns policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error: (i.e. WA beauty has sent you the wrong product(s) or your WA beauty products are faulty or defective).
Change of mind
Providing your products are returned 'as new' (unopened and undamaged) within 30 days you can return them for a refund - but the return postage will be your responsibility.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
